WHAT WE COLLECT

Ideal for homes, offices, restaurants, retail spaces, studios, and more. 

  • Textiles and clothing for recycling or donation.

     

    How to prepare?
    1. Empty pockets & remove heavy dirt
    2. Ensure items are dry

  • Plastic toys in poor condition that cannot be donated, with or without electronic parts.

     

    How to prepare?
    1. Remove any batteries from toys
    2. For safety, individually bag each battery in a clear, sealed bag (ex: Ziploc) OR cover battery terminals with a non-conductive tape (e.g. electrical tape, duct tape or clear packing tape). Do NOT use clear adhesive tapes (ex: Scotch tape).

  • Used single-use and rechargeable household batteries, weighing up to 5 kg each.

    Items NOT accepted: Batteries weighing more than 5kg, wet cell batteries (ex: car or boat batteries), batteries that show signs of damage (swelling, smoking, leaking or overheating).

     

    How to prepare?
    1. For safety, individually bag each battery in a clear, sealed bag (ex: Ziploc) OR cover battery terminals with a non-conductive tape (e.g. electrical tape, duct tape or clear packing tape). Do NOT use clear adhesive tapes (ex: Scotch tape).

  • Electronic tech waste: cables, wires, tablets, laptops, iPads, cell phones, hard drives, modems, etc.

  • Office supplies: dried markers, pens, binders, paper clips, ID cards and lanyards, etc.

  • Architectural items like door handles, hardware, faucets, hinges, antique light fixtures, and small tools that work.

     

    How to prepare?
    1. Remove any batteries from small tools or fixtures.
    2. For safety, individually bag each battery in a clear, sealed bag (ex: Ziploc) OR cover battery terminals with a non-conductive tape (e.g. electrical tape, duct tape or clear packing tape). Do NOT use clear adhesive tapes (ex: Scotch tape).

  • Full or empty household paint cans and primer (latex, alkyd and enamel), interior and exterior liquid stains, sealers and protectors.

    Items NOT accepted: Aerosols (spray cans), industrial paint, automotive paint, removers, thinners and dilutents.

  • Prescription glasses and/or prescription sunglasses no longer in use — accepted for donation.

  • Natural wine corks.

    Items NOT accepted: Synthetic cork, DIAM cork, cork with plastic or wax parts.

  • All brands of used tennis balls.

  • Disposable bamboo and wooden chopsticks.

NEW!

We can help with the collection of bulky items such as couches, kitchen tables, shelves, and other large household items that are in good condition and suitable for donation. These items are redirected to local organizations and families in need whenever possible.

  • Because bulky items require special coordination, please email us at info@lebonbac.com with photos and basic details.

    Please note that we cannot accept items that are damaged, soiled, or not suitable for donation. For items that do not meet these criteria, we recommend contacting your municipal services for alternative disposal options.
