What we do

How does it work?

Sign-up for Le Bon Bac’s monthly pick-up service by choosing among the three plans available and creating your account. Once complete, we will deliver your Le Bon Bac bin and bags within 5 business days so that you can start collecting.

1. Sign-up

Start sorting and collecting your waste in your Le Bon Bac bags. Not sure ‘what’ and ‘how’ to sort? Just check the markings on the bag to see what you can put it in.

2. Sort & Bag

Once a month, on your designated pick-up day, place your bags in your bin just outside your door before 9am. Our driver will collect your filled bags and leave empty ones so that you can keep collecting.

3. Pick-up Day

All waste is brought to our facility for processing before being shipped to our partners for reuse or recycling. Stay tuned to our social media channels to track your waste’s journey and how it is given new value!

4. Reuse & Recycling
Recycling can be confusing, mysterious and time consuming.

Successful recycling is challenging for many reasons. There is confusion on ‘what’ and ‘how’ to recycle, lack of transparency on what happens to your waste and the inconvenience related to properly disposing of those hard-to-recycle materials like batteries and aerosol cans.

Let us help you make the best decision with what to do with your waste, reduce the chance of it ending up in landfills and create value out of your garbage. Le Bon Bac will also help you learn and participate easily in reuse programs offered in Montreal, like opting for a reusable takeout container next time you order-in.

Throw better

Le Bon Bac is about helping you make the best decision with what to do with your waste in under 7 seconds, while keeping it convenient and transparent.

And throw less

Let us help you participate in reuse initiatives offered in Montreal to reduce the waste you generate with minimal effort.
